  • WHAT AGES DO YOU CATER FOR?
    From babies to their great grandads, and everyone in-between, we cater for all ages.
  • WHAT STYLES DO YOU OFFER?
    We literally offer all styles of haircut, from the common cuts through to mullets and v cuts.
  • DO YOU CUT WOMEN'S HAIR?
    We’re not a hair salon, but we welcome female customers who prefer shorter styles.
  • WHEN IS YOUR BUSIEST TIME OF DAY?
    Most days we’re usually at our busiest from lunchtime onwards, with Thursday, Friday and Saturday being our busiest days. At peak times we can often be fully booked a week in advance.
  • DO YOU ACCEPT WALK IN'S?
    Yes we do, although appointments take priority. If we can’t cut your hair ‘there and then’ we will tell you the next available time when we can.
  • HOW DO I CANCEL OR MOVE AN APPOINTMENT?
    When you book your appointment you will receive a confirmation email and text. There is a link on this that can be followed to amend, or cancel your booking.
  • I’M RUNNING LATE, CAN YOU STILL FIT ME IN?
    We will try, but can’t always guarantee it. A few minutes won’t be an issue, but we can’t wait too long as this will affect other people’s appointments.
  • WHAT IF I NO SHOW FOR MY APPOINTMENT?
    You can cancel right up to the time of your appointment. If you do not cancel and don’t turn up this will be marked as a ‘no show’ on the system. If this happens more than 3 times you will be asked to pre-pay for future appointments.
  • WHAT DO I GET IN A BACK AND SIDES APPOINTMENT?
    Back and sides includes everything but cutting the top. So the sides shaved and blended, a tapered neck and lined up around the edges with removal of neck hair.
  • WHAT IS CLASSED AS LONG HAIR?
    We class long hair as anything below the neckline.
  • DO YOU HAVE PARKING CLOSE BY?
    All of our shops are conveniently placed within a 1-minute walk of public car parks.
  • CAN I BOOK MULTIPLE SPACES AT ONCE?
    Yes you can book as many appointments as you need. Just head over to our booking system or call your local Fargs store.
  • DO I HAVE TO PREPAY?
    You don’t have to prepay. The booking system we use (SQUIRE) asks people to pre-pay for their appointments. Unfortunately, this is a feature we cannot turn off. To avoid pre-payment simply click ‘pay in person’ when booking and pay by cash or card in the shop. This will also save you the £1 booking fee that SQUIRE charges.
  • IF I PREPAY, WHEN WILL YOU TAKE THE MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT?
    SQUIRE, our booking system, will hold the money at the time of booking. The payment to Fargs is processed 2 hours before your appointment.
  • CAN I PAY CASH?
    Yes, we accept cash as well as card. When booking simply choose the pay in person option and pay in cash after your haircut.
  • I'M NOT HAPPY WITH MY HAIRCUT, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
    If for any reason you are not happy with your haircut or the service we provided, simply email our owner Steve here or fill out our feedback form. We will arrange for it to be recut for free at a time that suits you.
